| Description: | Returns the average of symbol differential EVM (DEVM) measurements, as a percentage. The toolkit computes symbol differential error vector magnitude (DEVM) measurements over the enhanced data rate (EDR) portion of the packet symbols excluding the trailer symbols. The toolkit averages the measurement using linear averaging over the number of acquisitions that you specify in the NIBTSA_DEVM_NUMBER_OF_AVERAGES attribute, and then computes the mean of all the samples in the averaged measurement array.
