| Description: | Returns the average of block RMS magnitude error measurements, as a percentage. The toolkit computes block RMS magnitude error measurements over multiple non overlapping 50 symbol blocks. The toolkit performs this measurement on the enhanced data rate (EDR) portion of the packet excluding the trailer symbols. The toolkit averages the measurement using linear averaging over the number of acquisitions specified by the NIBTSA_DEVM_NUMBER_OF_AVERAGES attribute, and then computes the mean of all the samples in the averaged measurement array.
