| Description: | Returns the average of block frequency error measurements relative to the mean packet initial frequency error measurement. This value is expressed in Hz. The toolkit performs this measurement on the enhanced data rate (EDR) portion of the packet excluding the trailer symbols. The toolkit averages the measurement using linear averaging over the number of acquisitions that you specify in the NIBTSA_DEVM_NUMBER_OF_AVERAGES attribute, and then computes the mean of all the samples in the averaged measurement array.
