| Description: | Returns the maximum of block absolute frequency error measurements. This value is expressed in Hz. The toolkit performs this measurement on the enhanced data rate (EDR) portion of the packet excluding the trailer symbols. The toolkit averages the measurement using peak hold averaging over the number of acquisitions that you specify in the NIBTSA_DEVM_NUMBER_OF_AVERAGES attribute, and then computes the maximum of all the samples in the averaged measurement array.
