Programmatically removes the logical connection between the LabVIEW Datalogging and Supervisory Control (DSC) Module and a Citadel database.

Caution A database deleted with this VI cannot be recovered. To remove the logical connection between the DSC Module and a Citadel database without deleting the data, use the Detach Database VI.

Inputs/Outputs

  • cpath.png database name

    database name is the name of the Citadel database that you want to delete.

    Note This VI does not operate on a remote database.
  • cerrcodeclst.png error in (no error)

    error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.

  • ierrcodeclst.png error out

    error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.

  • Delete Database Details

    Use this VI to remove all Citadel-related files from their specified storage location and remove the database directory unless non-Citadel files exist in this location. You cannot delete a remote database or a database that another application is using.
