Sets the time scale information and the quefrency scale information for the time-quefrency representation.

	time info specifies the time scale information. time offset specifies the offset of the time scale in seconds. time multiplier specifies the multiplier of the time scale in seconds, for example, the time interval of the time-frequency representation.
	quefrency info specifies the quefrency scale information. quefrency offset specifies the offset of the quefrency scale in seconds. quefrency multiplier specifies the multiplier of the quefrency scale in seconds, for example, the quefrency interval of the time-quefrency representation.
	error in describes error conditions that occur before this node runs. This input provides standard error in functionality.
	scale info returns the time scale information and the quefrency scale information of the time-quefrency representation.
	error out contains error information. This output provides standard error out functionality.
