Loading TDM Files
Use the DIAdem NAVIGATOR panel to load files, groups, and channels from a DataFinder or data store into the Data Portal. For example, to load a TDM file into the Data Portal, complete the following steps:
-
Select the DIAdem NAVIGATOR panel.
-
Select a TDM file in the File Browser. For example, you can find the file Example.tdm in the user folder, which per default is located in the Search Areas in National Instruments\DIAdem <version number>\Data.
-
Drag and drop the file into the Data Portal.
![]() | Note If you drag the file from DIAdem NAVIGATOR onto the top entry in the Data Portal, DIAdem asks whether you want to save the modified data. If you choose Yes, DIAdem replaces the data in the Data Portal. If you choose No, DIAdem appends the new data to the already existing data. If you drag one or more channels from DIAdem NAVIGATOR to a group in the Data Portal and hover over it for a short time, DIAdem selects this group and inserts the selected channels at the end of this group as soon as you release the mouse button. |
