Configuring Parameters (Legacy)

Configure the parameters before running a test sequence.

Complete the following steps to configure the parameters for a test sequence:
  1. In TestStand, open a sequence file (*.seq).
  2. Select the Configuration step on the Steps pane and click the Modules tab of the Step Settings pane.
  3. Configure the input parameters in the parameter table.

    You must disable the Default checkbox before entering a value. Refer to the context help of each VI to learn about which parameters are optional.

  4. Specify test limit files in test case limit input.
    Tip You can generate limit files by using the Limit Tool VI. Refer to the Limit Tool VI context help for more information.
  5. Specify the report folder to save measurement report files.
  6. Click Save or Save all to save changes.
