DeleteGraphAnnotation
int DeleteGraphAnnotation (int panelHandle, int controlID, int annotationIndex);
Purpose
Deletes the graph annotation at the specified 1-based index. If you pass –1 for annotationIndex, this function deletes all annotations for the specified graph.
