AnalysisLibErrType CxLog (double xReal, double xImg, double *outputReal, double *outputImg);
Calculates the logarithm (base 10) of a complex number. CxLog obtains the resulting complex number using the following formula:
(outputReal, outputImg) = log10(xReal, xImg)
