DiscardCtrlMenuItem

int DiscardCtrlMenuItem (int panelHandle, int controlID, int menuItemID);

Purpose

Removes a menu item from the menu owned by the specified control.

You cannot remove a built-in menu item. To hide a built-in menu item use the the HideBuiltInCtrlMenuItem function. To delete all user defined menu items, pass –1 for menuItemID.

Parameters

Input
Name Type Description
panelHandle integer Specifier for a particular panel that is currently in memory. You obtain this handle from LoadPanel, NewPanel, or DuplicatePanel.
controlID integer The defined constant, located in the .uir header file, that you assigned to the control in the User Interface Editor, or the ID returned by NewCtrl or DuplicateCtrl.
menuItemID integer The ID used to reference this menu item.

menuItemID is returned by the NewCtrlMenuItem function or by the NewCtrlMenuSeparator function.

To delete all user defined menu items, pass –1.
