ProCheck by FAG Industrial Services
FAG ProCheck is an intelligent online monitoring system that measures, records, and analyzes data independently from other systems. With its flexible configuration options, ProCheck can monitor machines and components in nearly all industries. The built-in data collection, filtering, analysis, and evaluation functions are suitable for monitoring both individual machines and entire plants.
vibDaq systems measure from one to 52 channels of vibration data in any application requiring accurate vibration measurement, such as rotating machinery, bearings, gearboxes, and engines. Display and analyze saved data with the included post-analysis function and generate high-quality reports by copying all plots as a JPEG file and inserting it into any report generator, such as Microsoft Word.
Modular condition monitoring solution for rotating machinery. They offer both an online distributed monitoring solution and a portable diagnostics solution built around NI SingleboardRIO. Both solutions come with ready to run software built on NI LabVIEW for easy use and getting started quickly.

Dynamic Data Acquisition System by Yanos Aerospace
The Dynamic Data Acquisition System is designed for use during the R&D testing of rotating machinery, including gas turbine engines, to monitor all dynamic parameters such as stress/strain, vibration, and dynamic pressure. Applications include gas turbine engine test, rotating machinery test, and rotating machinery test rig control.
Machine and Torsional Vibration Monitoring Systems by Structural Integrity Associates
Machine and torsional vibration monitoring systems perform continuous monitoring and acquisition for up to 32 channels of rotor torsional vibration sensors, generator power, current, and voltage. Systems provide individual sensor warning and alarm indication and automatically record all channels of data upon alarm excursion. Data analysis includes time history, two-channel fast Fourier transform (FFT) analysis, orbit, and waterfall. Special alarm algorithms eliminate false alarms from unrelated, electrical noise spiking.
Torsional Rotation Analyzer by ATA Engineering
The AR-101, an extremely powerful tool for acquiring and analyzing rotational test data, is particularly useful for the development of gear boxes, power trains, and belt drive systems. Torsional vibration is an angular velocity fluctuation that twists shaft sections. These fluctuations are superimposed on the steady running speed and, combined with machinery-induced vibrations, can result in destructive effects that propagate to the whole system.
Noise, Vibration, and Harshness (NVH)
Noise & Vibration Analyzer (NVA) by WinTek
Noise and Vibration Analyzer is a computer based multichannel analyses system specially addressed to dynamic charecterization, testing, monitoring and quality control of mechanical, electromechanical and electroacoustic devices. NVA is fully configurable from the end user. A single station can contain up to 64 channels. The modular analysis software is available both as a stand alone program, or in as a NI LabVIEW library package that can be fully integrated into NI TestStand.
VBOX3 by Maintenance Technology Systems
VBOX3 is a 4 channel handheld audio and vibration data analyzer. Combining a button interface with a qwerty keyboard for data entry. The VBOX3 combines visual feedback in the field with easy reporting tools, and database integrating for enterprise scalable applications. The hardware provides 24 bit data acquisition with up to 8 kHz signal frequency analysis. The integrated harddrive provides 60GB of storage local to each unit. A great tool for both NVH and machinery diagnostic applications.

Mobile DAQ System by Bloomy Controls
The Mobile DAQ System combines National Instruments SCXI signal conditioning and PXI data acquisition hardware, so you can customize the system for specific test requirements. Written in NI LabVIEW, the system software efficiently streams large amounts of data to disk and provides flexible user interface tools. Housed in a rugged instrument rack that doubles as a shipping container, the Mobile DAQ System is a versatile and portable platform for a wide variety of applications.
MajX-NVH Shield and MajX-DSA by Signal.X Technologies
MajX-NVH Shield is a powerful NVH metric calculator. You can process signals in the time or angle domain, leading to spectra, orders, time- or angle-based waveforms, transient indicators, and sound quality measures. Metrics are pulled from these features and processed through pass/fail decision logic. MajX-DSA is a full-featured dynamic signal analyzer offering spectrum analysis, frequency response function testing, rotating machinery analysis, and torsional vibration analysis.
noiseLAB is a powerful, easy-to-use software product available in four versions. noiseLAB Browser is a high-performance, single-channel digital audio recorder for up to five minutes of data and result browsing. noiseLAB Standard adds A-, C-, and linear-weighted sound-level measurements (fast and peak), including Leq and statistical values (LN on fast values), as well as editing capabilities. noiseLAB Advanced adds 1/1 and 1/3 octave analysis, up to 10,000-line FFT analysis, and impulse and tone detection analysis. noiseLAB Professional adds 1/6, 1/12, and 1/24 octave analysis; FFT analysis with up to 100,000-line FFT; noise prediction software exSOUND2000 in 1/3 octave bands; and up to eight channels of real-time audio range recording for up to four hours (disk space dependent).

Rictor identifies vibration sources in the manufacturing facility or construction site, which helps a facility set up processes by knowledgeably working within the environment. To further enhance productivity, facilities can correlate vibration levels to the production of good or bad parts, improving profitability and reducing waste.
SO Analyzer USB4 by m+p International
A 24-bit, four-channel USB-powered dynamic acquisition module, the SO Analyzer USB4 is designed for portable noise and vibration applications. Applications include portable and stationary multichannel noise and vibration measurements, as well as online and offline analysis in the time and frequency domains in the automotive, aerospace, military, and other industrial environments.
Sound Quality Analyzer by ViAcoustics and Nelson Acoustical Engineering
The system and tools provide a variety of acoustical measurement and psychoacoustic metrics, including power spectrum analysis; short-time Fourier transform analysis; 1/3 octave band-level analysis; waveform envelope analysis with weighting (A, B, C) and time constant (fast, slow, custom); ISO 532 overall and specific loudness; diffuse and free field; nonstationary loudness - spectral and temporal masking; sharpness - overall and specific; roughness - Aures method, overall and specific; fluctuation strength - Aures method, overall and specific.
Trident Real-Time Analyzer and Trident Development Module for LabVIEW by ViAcoustics and Nelson Acoustical Engineering
Trident mX conducts simultaneous real-time analysis for proportional octave band (1/1, 1/3, 1/6, 1/12, or 1/24), high-resolution FFT, and ISO 532B loudness analysis on up to 20 input channels. In addition, the system offers simultaneous stream-to-disk time waveform recording of any or all input channels and the option to save the data to calibrated audio WAV format files.

ME'scopeVES can sweep through a set of time histories and animate the response of a structure, or show the structure's behavior while dwelling at a time, frequency, or machine order. ME'scopeVES is specifically designed to easily observe and analyze a variety of vibration, acoustic, and strength-of-materials problems in machines and structures.
SO Analyzer by m+p International
The Modal package, part of m+p international's SO Analyzer, provides a complete set of tools for observing, analyzing, and documenting the vibrational behavior of machines and mechanical structures with NI 4472/4474 dynamic signal acquisition devices. It includes modules for multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) acquisition as well as for ODS, SDOF, and MDOF analysis.
Audio and Electroacoustics
QTS-12X2 by Qualis Test Systems
The QTS-12X2 connects up to 12 output channels of a device under test to the two input channels of common audio measurement equipment. You can route any one of the 12 channels to each of the two analyzer inputs.
VQAlib, the voice quality analysis library for LabVIEW, supports narrowband, HATS, and wideband analysis modes. VQAlib requires reference and degraded input signal arrays of single precision numbers and then scores speech data using the ITU P.862 Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality (PESQ) objective voice quality measurement algorithm. PESQ and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) metrics are provided as outputs.

PCB Piezotronics manufactures accelerometers, force sensors, load cells, microphones, pressure transducers, strain sensors, torque sensors, and accessories. Use for test, measurement, monitoring, and feedback control in industrial, R&D, military, and commercial applications.
G.R.A.S. designs and manufactures an extensive range of products to cover virtually all front-end equipment needed for the precise and reliable measurement and recording of acoustic signals - from the transducer to the input of the measurement device.
