Overview
The National Instruments Alliance Partner program is a worldwide network of more than 600 consultants, system integrators, developers, channel partners, and industry experts who partner with NI to provide complete, high-quality virtual instrumentation solutions to customers. The NI Vibration Consultant Partner Program recognizes specific Alliance Partner companies that specialize in work with certain National Instruments Sound & Vibration products.

National Instrument’s current Alliance Partner program has recently grown to include the IOtech vibration product line. Just as with other unique product acquisitions, the expertise of the Alliance Program will now include Vibration Consultants with a strong emphasis on the IOtech brand products for consulting and teaching. These partners provide skills covering the complete science and engineering of mechanical and electrical systems. The Vibration Consultant Partner’s value added consulting skills allow a business model which does not rely on margins from NI product resale.
Inaugural Members
The NI Vibration Consultant Partner program will be formally announced at the annual National Instruments user conference, NIWeek 2010, with inaugural members. The partner companies below are qualified and ready to help with vibration consulting skills.

Membership Qualifications
Members/applicants for the NI Vibration Consultant Partner program designation within the Alliance Partner program should meet the following qualifications:
- The partner must meet the requirements of the standard Alliance Partner membership .
- The partner must be qualified in the design, manufacture, and servicing of a machines electrical and mechanical systems employed in turbines, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, engines, etc. This is determined by review of their staff qualifications, their portfolio of previous projects, their tools/systems, and potentially an audit of their facility/resources, etc.
- The partner must demonstrate a competency with National Instruments’ eZ-Series software for vibration applications.
- The partner must fulfill other requirements as determined by the Partner Review Committee.
A committee made of representatives of NI OEM Channel and VAR/Alliance Program managers and Sound & Vibration product managers will formally review all qualifications of interested companies. The committee will approve those applications that align with NI’s goals for vibration systems business and may adjust the requirements if necessary.

The benefits of membership in the Vibration Consultant Partner program include all the benefits of the NI Alliance Partner program , as well as access to National Instruments’ Sound & Vibration R&D, Systems Engineers, product roadmaps, business opportunities, and unique distinction with the NI Sound and Vibration Segment.
