Requirements Driven Verification Procedures for Automotive Smart Power Switches
Semiconductor industry uses automated test systems in applications ranging from design verification to end-of-line production test with the aim of ensuring the highest quality and reliability of a product that reaches the end customer. As complexity of integrated circuits is exponentially growing and consequently the verification effort, the use of ATE to perform simple pass/fail tests, functional verification and application oriented product characterization measurements have quickly become an even more important part of the product development process. This talk presents an approach how Infineon improves the verification procedures to ensure a robust and reliable product verification process to meet market expectations and relevant safety standards.
