Vision Systems

The NI Compact Vision System and NI Embedded Vision System are real-time machine vision systems that combine industrial camera connectivity, open communication, and rugged, fanless designs. The NI Embedded Vision System, which acquires images in real time from multiple IEEE 1394 and GigE Vision cameras and processes them with multicore performance, is ideal for machine vision applications such as high-speed sorting, assembly verification, and packaging inspection. Featuring a smaller form factor, the NI Compact Vision System acquires and processes images from IEEE 1394 cameras.
