Xilinx® provides tools for probing internal FPGA signals. This tutorial shows how to use these tools with LabVIEW FPGA designs.

1. Using the Tutorial

The attached tutorial is a Microsoft Word document that provides steps for generating and instantiating Xilinx® ChipScope™ logic analyzer cores for use with LabVIEW FPGA designs. These cores allow you to probe and trigger signals internal to the FPGA for advanced on-chip debugging. This capability requires use of the LabVIEW FPGA CLIP Node and can only be used with LabVIEW FPGA 8.6 and later.
