2 LabVIEW 8.0.1 has a shorter mainstream support phase and is not supported by releases after NI TestStand 4.1.1.
A version of NI TestStand supports any versions of LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI that are in the Current Release Support and Mainstream Support when the version of NI TestStand is launched. If a maintenance release is available for a version of LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI, NI TestStand will only support the maintenance release. Please reference each product's maintenance policy for information on the policy for patching issues.

3 NI TestStand also supports Windows XP Pro for Embedded Systems, the version of Windows XP that Microsoft continues to support for use in embedded systems.
4 NI TestStand is a 32-bit application that is compatible with Windows Vista x64 and the other 64-bit OSs listed above through Windows on Windows (WoW) 64.
5 NI TestStand will drop support for Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows Server 2003 as of July 1, 2016. Versions of TestStand that ship after July 1, 2016 will not install or run on Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows Server 2003.
