One of the more common problems when using the GPIB-VXI/C is that instrument drivers will not work because the GPIB-VXI/C
hasn't correctly found the instrument. Other symptoms may be error LEDs are lit on the instrument. Many times, these problems
exist because the GPIB-VXI/C runs it's Resource Manager operations immediately after boot up (~2 seconds). Many instruments require
more time to complete their diagnostics before Resource Manager is run. This is easily solved by Changing the Resource Manager delay.
