Common VISA and Instrument Driver Errors (in LabVIEW)

In LabVIEW, you can find the meaning of error codes by doing the following:

  1. Click on "Help" from the menu bar, and choose "Online Reference".
  2. LabVIEW 4.1 (and earlier versions) have an option for "Error Codes".
  3. Choosing this, you can often find the error code's message to help you interpret what might be causing the problem.
