If you do not see the Application Builder in one of your LabVIEW menus, then you may not have the Application Builder, or the Application Builder may not be installed correctly.
The Application Builder resides in an applibs folder, which should be in your LabVIEW directory. If you do not see this folder in your LabVIEW directory, then search your hard drive for the applibs folder (Start » Find » Files or Folders). If you find this folder in a different location, then you will need to uninstall and then reinstall the Application Builder.
