To meet more demanding technical support requirements, National Instruments offers the Premier Service Program (PSP). It is held to the highest standards in personal technical support and software maintenance. With PSP you receive:

  • Technical support from senior applications engineers via phone and e-mail during extended hours of operation
  • All Standard Service Program (SSP) benefits including new upgrades and updates as they are released
  • Priority escalation of your product problems to shorten your total resolution time
  • Free, unlimited on-demand online training

You can choose to either purchase PSP for one year or upgrade from SSP to PSP. For more ordering and pricing information, contact your local NI sales representative.

In North and South America, PSP phone support is available in English on nonholiday weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time (CT). For PSP support times and availability outside of the Americas, please contact your local NI office.
