Course Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please call our Customer Education Department at (800) 433-3488. If you cancel at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled class, you receive a full refund. If less then 10 days before the class, there is a $500 cancellation or a $250 rescheduling fee (USD).

National Instruments reserves the right to cancel any course. You will receive a full refund. The liability of National Instruments is limited to the course fee only; we are not liable for airfare, lodging, or any other expenses.

If you do not attend your class on the first day, and have not previously notified National Instruments, you will be charged a $500 fee.
