PCI

PCI is one of the most widely adopted internal buses for PCs. National Instruments provides a range of data acquisition, modular instrumentation, vision, motion, and instrument control boards for PCI. PCI Express, introduced in 2004, is the successor to PCI. PCI Express transmits data over dedicated high-speed serial lanes and offers high-speed, dedicated bandwidth to devices in the system.
