NIWeek 2008 offers the ideal opportunity for you to build and validate your development skills through training courses and certification exams.

Certification and Recertification Exams

Certification exams are available for LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and NI TestStand. During NIWeek, you can take the one-hour Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (CLAD) exam for only $99 (USD) and all other certification exams for $199 (USD). In addition, you can take the Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) recertification exam for a special price of $99 (USD) - almost half off the regular price of $199. See the exam schedule below.

Training Courses

Make the most of your week in Austin and attend a two-day training course the Sunday and Monday before NIWeek. Take advantage of these courses to gain in-depth product knowledge and learn best practices for application development. You will earn 1.4 continuing education units (CEUs) per course.

NI is offering the following two-day courses on August 3-4, 2008, at the Austin Convention Center:

• LabVIEW Basics
• LabVIEW Advanced I: Large Application Development
• LabVIEW Object-Oriented Programming System Design
• RF Application Development
• CompactRIO and LabVIEW Development Fundamentals

NOTE: Course outlines for some of these classes show three-day durations. The NIWeek courses are modified and have a two-day duration.

NI provides comprehensive reference course material at each course's completion. Each course costs $1,000.
