National Instruments Increases Quarterly Dividend 10 Percent to 11 Cents per Share

AUSTIN, Texas - Jan. 29, 2008 - The National Instruments (Nasdaq: NATI) Board of Directors approved a 10 percent increase in the company's quarterly dividend to 11 cents per share. This dividend is payable on March 3, 2008, to shareholders of record on Feb. 11, 2008.
