LabVIEW Math Interface Toolkit Video Demonstration The LabVIEW Math Interface Toolkit easily integrates LabVIEW VIs into The MathWorks, Inc. MATLAB® environment, providing a better means of collaboration for development teams working in both LabVIEW and MATLAB. Using the Math Interface Toolkit, MATLAB users can take full advantage of the powerful I/O connectivity in LabVIEW, its graphical user interface, and the software's more than 2,000 native functions directly from the MATLAB environment. http://digital.ni.com/express.nsf/bycode/nn1204a19 7. Calling LabVIEW VIs from The MathWorks Inc. MATLAB® The LabVIEW Math Interface Toolkit (MIT) gives you a seamless link for calling LabVIEW applications in The MathWorks MATLAB® analysis environment. This intuitive toolkit provides you a way to easily convert a LabVIEW VI for use in MATLAB as a MEX-file, which is a customized DLL that MATLAB recognizes. The MEX-file behaves as a native MATLAB function while retaining the full functionality of the original LabVIEW VI, including the user interface. You can take advantage of the seamless I/O connectivity, communication capabilities, and programmatic measurement analysis functions of LabVIEW, even if you deploy the final program in MATLAB. http://digital.ni.com/express.nsf/bycode/nn1204a20 NI News is customized to your product, industry, and content subscription preferences.
