With NI myDAQ, students are free to "do engineering" anywhere, anytime. Designed and priced for student ownership, the NI myDAQ device helps students develop a deeper understanding of engineering concepts through individual measurement, experimentation, and analysis of the real world. In turn, educators can teach multiple disciplines while being more effective with lab and lecture time.

Congratulations to the engineering students from the University of Colorado at Boulder (UC-Boulder) who developed an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) using NI LabVIEW software and NI Compact Vision and CompactRIO hardware. Developed for rapid deployment and precise maneuvering, the AUV is designed for autonomous missions such as mine finding, pipeline inspections, and scientific research.
