The United States export laws and regulations include, but are not limited to, the U.S. Commerce Department’s Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”), U.S. State Department’s International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”), U.S. Treasury Department’s Foreign Assets Control Regulations, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulations and the U.S. Energy Department’s Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities Regulations. The European Laws and Regulations include, but are not limited to, the Council Regulation (EC) No. 428/2009 and the Hungarian Government Decree No. 50/2004 (III. 23.) National Instruments' standard products are designed for commercial applications and are subject to the jurisdiction of the EAR. National Instruments will work with our customers to ensure that any technical data controlled under the ITAR provided to National Instruments is properly handled. Customers must notify NI prior to providing any ITAR-controlled technical data in accordance with NI’s ITAR Technology Control Plan. NI’s ITAR Technology Control Plan will be provided to customers upon request. National Instruments is currently registered with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and fully understands its obligations to comply with the requirements of the ITAR. Diversion contrary to U.S. and E.U. law is strictly prohibited. National Instruments products or technology MAY NOT BE exported or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, to the following:
All National Instruments high-speed digitizers that can acquire a signal at a rate greater than 2 giga-samples per second (-5152, -5153 and -5154 product families) MAY NOT BE exported or re-exported, either directly or indirectly, without an export license from the United States government to the following countries:

End Use Information, which includes end user name, company name, address and intended use of NI products, may be sent for review via fax to 1 512 683 5357 or to export.screening@ni.com. NI reserves the right not to ship NI products ordered if, at any time, NI believes that such shipment may violate U.S. or E.U. export control laws. Although we provide this information to assist you, you remain responsible for exporting or re-exporting NI products in accordance with all applicable global export control laws, including without limitation, U.S. and E.U. laws.
