LabVIEW 2011 Service Pack 1 is an exclusive update to LabVIEW 2011 for NI Standard Service Program (SSP) customers. There are no new product features introduced in service pack releases; instead, these releases provide bug fixes and improved stability for LabVIEW 2011. For a list of these bug fixes, click here.

As an exclusive update for NI SSP customers, LabVIEW 2011 SP1 requires activation (Windows only). Only customers with active SSP memberships at the time will be able to activate the service pack and latest versions of the modules.
Warning: If you do install LabVIEW 2011 SP1 without an SSP membership, the new version will not work and you will need to reinstall LabVIEW 2011.
A: Your serial number is on the certificate of ownership included in your software kit. If your software kit does not include a certificate of ownership, you can find your serial number on the product packing slip or on the shipping label.
If you have installed a previous version using your serial number, you can find the serial number by selecting the Help>>About menu item within the application or by selecting your product within NI License Manager (Start>>All Programs>>National Instruments>>NI License Manager).
