The attached VIs show how to communicate with a [c]FP-20xx using TCP/IP. TCPIP Server.VI runs on the [c]FP-20xx and transmits data from two cFP-AI-100 modules through TCP/IP. TCPIP Client.VI runs on the host computer and reads the data.
To run the example:
1. Set up a Compact FieldPoint system with two cFP-AI-100 modules.
2. Load the attached .iak file.
3. Follow the instructions on the front panel of TCPIP Server.VI.
2. Follow the instructions on the front panel of TCPIP Client.VI.
These VIs can read 16 channels from two cFP-AI-100 modules across the network at approximately 125 Hz (100 Hz minimum and around 150 Hz maximum).
