nanoBEE Software Defined Radio Reconfigurable Device

Provides 3GPP-compliant filtering and output power, transceivers, and an FPGA for prototyping wireless communication systems.

The nanoBEE Software Defined Radio Reconfigurable Device features ultra-low jitter clock source and flexible multiple input, multiple output (MIMO) and RF ranges. These devices offer portable form factors and various peripheral options. Some devices include RF chains, filters, power amps, 4000 parallel DSP slices, processor cores, multiple channels of 10 Gigabit Ethernet interconnect, and onboard DDR3 memory for storing real-time 5G test vectors. The devices are programmable using BEEcube Platform Studio and have Xilinx Zynq FPGAs.
