As vice president of global support and services, Tamra Kerns leads the organizations around the world responsible for technical support and hardware services of NI’s broad product portfolio. She also manages the professional services teams that deliver consulting services and turnkey solutions for top customers.
Since joining NI in 1992, Kerns has served as director of both software marketing and software product strategy, where she worked closely with marketing, R&D, and customers to define and market new products and capabilities in NI’s product portfolio, including LabVIEW, the LabVIEW Real-Time Module, the LabVIEW FPGA Module, LabWindows™/CVI software, TestStand, and NI customer education.
Kerns holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Texas A&M University.
