Energy Systems NI ELVIS Electronics Device—The Quanser Energy Systems Board for NI ELVIS III is an add-on application board for the NI Engineering Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Suite III (NI ELVIS III) that introduces system-level concepts of power electronics and energy conversion. Students explore electronic and electromechanical components on the board and learn how to use them to convert and condition power for applications such as wind, solar, and hydroelectric, providing experiential-based learning in power electronics, energy conversion, and machine drives courses.
