The LabVIEW 8.6.1f1 patch resolves two distinct issues:

Fixed NI bug ID 137291, LabVIEW 8.6.1 may crash when dropping certain express nodes, or performing "Convert to SubVI" on certain express nodes.

Fixed NI bug ID 147779, "Data Entry" tab of Numeric Controls does not update properly in LabVIEW 8.6.1; the "Data Entry" tab of the properties dialog only applies to the first numeric control for which the dialog is opened per launch of LabVIEW 8.6.1.

Note: This patch is functional for all languages; however, the "Data Entry" tab will display English text.
