    The CLK IN pin goes to a clock circuit before it is routed to the ADCs and DACs. You can use this clock circuit to divide down the clock before it is routed to the ADC. For example, to clock the ADC at 180 MHz, you can route a 360 MHz clock into the external clock input and set the clock circuit to divide by 2.
