Self-Test (G Dataflow)

    Performs a self test on the DMM to ensure that it is functioning properly.

    This node does not calibrate the DMM. This node calls Reset, and any configurations previous to the call will be lost. All properties will be set to their default values after this node runs.

    If self-test fails, self-test message returns NIDMM_ERROR_SELF_TEST_FAILURE. This message indicates that the DMM should be repaired.

    Standard Error Behavior

    Hardware Support:

    For the PXI/PCI-4070, PXI-4072, PXIe-4080, and PXIe-4082, error code 1013 in self test result indicates that you should check the fuse and replace it if necessary.

    For the PXI/PCI/PCIe/USB-4065, PXI-4071, and PXIe-4081, self-test does not check the fuse. For these DMMs, self-test does not return error code 1013 even if the fuse is blown.
