Returns the DMM aperture time and the unit of measurement for aperture time.

Standard Error Behavior

Invalid aperture times will be coerced up to the next valid aperture time. If you set the number of averages directly, the total measurement time is aperture time × number of averages. This value must be less than 78.2 s.
