User Interface Events

    Last Modified: September 25, 2017

You can use user interface events to execute a certain subdiagram of code each time a user performs a particular action on the panel.

Each time the event occurs, the diagram executes the code you write for the event. Compared to polling the user interface in a loop for interactions, user interface events reduce the CPU requirements of the program, simplify the diagram code, and ensure that the diagram can respond to all interactions the user makes.
