Calculates the rank-1 update of the upper or lower triangular component of a Hermitian matrix.

For the elements in the first N rows and N columns of the triangular component you select in matrix A type, zher returns the results of alpha * x * xH + A, where xH represents the conjugate transpose of x. For any remaining elements, zher returns the value of the element in A with the same index.
