Discrete CDF (Negative Binomial) (G Dataflow)

Computes the discrete cumulative distribution function (CDF), the probability that a negative binomial-distributed variate takes on a value less than or equal to the value you specify.

A negative binomial-distributed variate represents the number of failures before a specific number of successes in a sequence of Bernoulli trials.
