Repeating Commands in the MathScript Console Command Window

    You can repeat the last entered commands in the MathScript Console command window by using the arrow-up keys. Pressing the arrow-up key re-enters the last command, pressing the arrow-up key again re-enters the second last command, and so on. Complete the following steps to enter several commands and to re-enter the single commands with the arrow-up key.

    1. Select View»More»Tools Launcher to open the Tools Launcher.
    2. Click MathScript Console to open the MathScript Console.
    3. Enter A = sin(0.5); in the MathScript Console command window, which is on the right side of the console.
    4. Press Enter. The workspace, which is on the left side of the console, displays name, type, size, and the calculated value of A.
    5. Enter B = cos(0.5);.
    6. Press Enter. The workspace displays name, type, size, and the calculated value of B.
    7. Enter C = tan(0.5);.
    8. Press Enter. The workspace displays name, type, size, and the calculated value of C.
    9. Use the arrow-up key to re-enter these commands.

      You can also modify the values within the function before pressing Enter to calculate the value.
