# invhilbertmx

Version:

Computes the inverse of a Hilbert matrix whose (i, j)-th element is equal to 1/(i+j-1), where i is the row index number and j is the column index number.

## Syntax

c = invhilbertmx(n)
c = invhilbertmx(n, s)

## n

Size of the Hilbert matrix. n is an integer.

## s

Determines the output type.

Name Description
'single' Single output type.
'double' Double output type.

Default: 'double'

## c

Inverse of the Hilbert matrix of size n. c is a real, symmetric matrix.
