Configures the RF filter frequency and returns the coerced frequency.

Mixer to configure. Valid values are rx and tx.

Register Bus object created by ni579x Open and used as the session handle for the NI-579x Configuration nodes.
frequency [Hz]
Frequency to tune the LO. If you are using an external LO source, this parameter specifies the frequency of the incoming LO.
