Returns the polar components of a complex number.

Given z in rectangular form z = a + b*i*, this node converts the polar components of
$z=r*\mathrm{cos}(\mathrm{theta})+i\text{\hspace{0.17em}}r*\mathrm{sin}(\mathrm{theta})$ according to the following equations:

$r=\left|z\right|=\sqrt{{a}^{2}+{b}^{2}}$

$\mathrm{theta}=\mathrm{arg}(z)=\mathrm{arctan}2(b,a)$
