Loop Timer (Microseconds) (G Dataflow)

    Last Modified: January 12, 2018

Waits the value of microsecond count between loop iterations. During the first execution in a loop, this node does not wait and records the current time. On subsequent executions of the loop, the node waits until the time is equal to the wait time you specify plus the previously recorded time.

    microsecond count

Number of microseconds to wait between loop iterations.

    microsecond timer value

Value of the internal counter of the node when the loop iteration begins execution. The counter rolls over when the counter reaches the maximum of the Counter size that you configure for this node on the Item tab.

    Missed Execution Behavior

If the loop takes longer to execute than the interval that you specify, the node outputs the counter value immediately and establishes a new reference time stamp for subsequent calls.

    Where This Node Can Run:

    Desktop OS: Windows

    FPGA: All devices

Web Server: Not supported in VIs that run in a web application
