RT Set CPU Pool Sizes (G Dataflow)

    Sets the number of CPUs in the CPU pools available for automatic load balancing. You can use this node to define the System pool and the Timed Structures pool by specifying the number of CPUs you want each pool to contain.

    You cannot use this node to create empty pools or partially overlapping pools. This node returns an error if you specify a pool size of 0 or if the pool values you specify add up to more than the number of CPUs available in the system.

    CPU pool assignments

    Name Value Description
    Reserved Reserved The CPU is not assigned to a pool. The CPU is reserved for Timed Structures configured for manual processor assignment.
    System & Timed Structures System & Timed Structures The CPU is assigned to both the System pool and the Timed Structures pool for automatic load balancing of all threads that are not manually assigned to a particular CPU.
    System System The CPU is assigned to the System pool for automatic load balancing of non-timed-structure threads.
    Timed Structures Timed Structures The CPU is assigned to the Timed Structures pool for automatic load balancing of timed structure threads.
