Computes the dilogarithm function, or Spence's Integral.

## Algorithm for Computing the Dilogarithm Function

The following equation defines the dilogarithm function.

$\mathrm{diln}\left(x\right)=-{\int }_{1}^{x}\frac{\mathrm{ln}\left(t\right)}{t-1}dt$

The following intervals for the input values define the dilogarithm function.

$x\in \left[0,\infty \right)$

The function is defined for nonnegative real values of x.
