Stream Manipulation Nodes (Multirate Dataflow)

Manipulate or convert streams from the FPGA.

Converts the elements of fixed-size arrays into a stream of scalars.

Returns each value of the input stream followed by n-1 values, where n is the samples to produce, or sampling factor. The n-1 values can be either a series of zeros or the stream value repeated.
