input matrix

A square or rectangular matrix.

The number of rows in input matrix must equal the number of elements in the known vector. Otherwise, the node returns an empty array for solution vector and returns an error.

If this input is singular and the matrix type is General, the node finds the least-square solution. Otherwise, this node returns an error when this input is singular.

An array of known, dependent-variable values.

The number of rows in input matrix must equal the number of elements in the known vector. Otherwise, the node returns an empty array for solution vector and returns an error.

The type of matrix represented by input matrix. Specifying the type of input matrix can allow this node to execute more quickly by avoiding unnecessary computations, which could introduce numerical inaccuracy.

General

input matrix is a matrix that you cannot describe with one of the other categories.

Positive definite

input matrix is positive-definite.

Lower triangular

input matrix is lower triangular.

Upper triangular

input matrix is upper triangular.
