Computes the condition number of a matrix.

input matrix

A matrix.

If norm type is 2-norm, this input must be a rectangular matrix. Otherwise, this input must be a square matrix.

Default: Empty array

datatype_icon

norm type

The specific type of norm that this node uses for the computation.

2-norm 0 A 2 is the largest singular value of the input matrix.
1-norm 1 A 1 is the largest absolute column sum of the input matrix.
F-norm 2 A f is equal to diag ( A T A ) where diag ( A T A ) means the diagonal elements of matrix ( A T A ) and A T is the transpose of A .
inf-norm 3 A is the largest absolute row sum of the input matrix.

Default: 0—2-norm

datatype_icon

condition number

The condition number calculated for the norm specified by norm type.

For the 2-norm, this value is the ratio of the largest singular value of input matrix to the smallest singular value of input matrix.

A value that represents any error or warning that occurs when this node executes.
